Uwazi plans include unlimited entry, transaction importing and viewing entries and lists on screen.
Generating invoices, purchase orders, reports and document storage are included at various levels in each plan. The table below describes how many PDF reports can be generated. Reports to the screen also count, but only at 1/3rd of a PDF. Once generated, a PDF can be downloaded/accessed any number of times.
If you exceed your plan amounts, you will be charged in blocks of half your plan amount. Your plan will then be given an extra half plan’s worth of usage.
If you have plan included amounts that you did not use, Uwazi will roll this usage over into the next month, up to a full month’s worth! This feature means that you may avoid having to pay extra if you have a busy month after a quiet month.
