Reset Uwazi Password

By entering your user name and email address, you will be given the oppportunity to reset your Uwazi password

This screen allows you to reset your password in case that you forget it. The screen has the following fields:

  • Username: Your username
  • Email: The email address that you used when you created your Uwazi account

If you correctly enter both your username and email, you will then see the following screen. Your email will contain the replacement password. You should change this the next time you login to Uwazi.

Conformation that the password has been reset and the user should now check their email

If either the username or email are entered incorrectly, this screen will show an error message. You can then correct your entries and try again.
