This page gives you access to accounts related functions. Accessing any of these functions will leave this page open.You can access this page by pressing on the “Accounts” header area.
Account Pages
- Chart of Accounts. This button gives you access to the Chart of Accounts page. That page allows you to add new accounts, remove any accounts that have no transactions posted to them and change the order of accounts in Uwazi.
- General Journal Entry. This button gives you access to the General Journal Entry page. That page allows you to enter transactions in Uwazi that are non-cash, non-sales or non-purchase transactions.
- Accounting years. This button gives you access to the Accounting Years page. You can use that page to manage your accounting years or periods in Uwazi.
- Transactions. This button gives you access to a transaction list page. You can edit transactions from that list.
- Tax Types. This button gives you access to a list of tax types in your Uwazi database. You can change tax rates or add new tax types.
- Linked accounts. This button gives you access to linked account configuration in your Uwazi database. Linked accounts provide special functionality to specified accounts.
- Close this page. This button closes the Account Pages screen.
